Visitation is vital for those in nursing homes. Many of the elderly suffer with chronic mental and physical disability, such as: MS, CP, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Arthritis, Diabetes, Cancer, and others.
These conditions lead to severe depression, loneliness, and emptiness. We are able to bring joy, comfort, friendship, and encouragement through our weekly visits. These visits stimulate and cultivate meaningful, authentic relationships. We have seen fruits of our labor as we share the love and hope of Jesus Christ to the weary, sick and dying.

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, says my soul, therefore I will hope in him. The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.
-Lamentations 3:22-25
Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
-Romans 5:1-5
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
-John 3:16
